Who are we?

Who are the people involved? From NMMU there is a Project Executive Team (PET). The team’s leader is Professor Richard Haines, head of the Department of Development Studies. Dumile Damane, the Department’s Programme Coordinator is also on the PET. He will be guiding and supervising NMMU student participation in the CMSL research component. Then there is Stefan Germann, a research associate and lecturer at NMMU. Dr. Germann is also World Vision’s Global Advisor for issues related to orphans and vulnerable children. Finally, there is me, Jill Thompson (formerly Donahue), as Project Director for the CMSL project. (read more)
